Message from the Therapist:
"My areas of focus include working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, agoraphobia, addiction and challenges related to self-worth and self-esteem. I support clients in understanding and managing overwhelming emotions, reducing avoidance patterns, and building greater confidence in their daily lives. I also have a strong interest in helping clients develop self-compassion, improve emotional regulation, and navigate life transitions with clarity and intention. My approach is tailored to each individual, with an emphasis on creating a safe, supportive space for meaningful and lasting change.
My ideal client is someone who may feel overwhelmed by anxiety, low mood, or self-doubt and is ready to better understand themselves and create meaningful change. They may feel stuck in patterns of avoidance, negative thinking, or disconnection, and are looking for practical tools as well as deeper insight into their emotions. They want to feel more confident, calm, and in control of their lives, and are open to building a more compassionate relationship with themselves while working toward lasting growth.

If you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, or feeling stuck in patterns that are hard to change, I’m here to help. I specialize in supporting individuals with anxiety, agoraphobia, addiction and self-esteem challenges by offering both practical coping tools and deeper, insight-based work. Together, we’ll build skills to help you feel more calm, confident, and in control, while also developing a more compassionate and understanding relationship with yourself.

Reaching out for support can feel hard, especially when you’re already overwhelmed—but you don’t have to go through this alone. I understand how isolating anxiety, self-doubt, or feeling stuck can be, and I’m here to offer a safe, supportive space where you can be yourself without judgment. If you’re ready to start feeling more grounded, confident, and in control, I’d be honored to work with you."
