Aspen Ridge Policy requires that payment is made at the time of service. If you have insurance coverage, our office will contact your insurance company to determine how much patient-responsibility is for your sessions. This information will be quoted to you prior to your first appointment. You may also contact our office with questions regarding your balance or copay. Below are the options to make your payments.
Pay Online
Pay co-pays, invoices and fees with a credit, debit, or HSA card by clicking below. (We do not accept Care Credit)
You will need to enter your payment amount. This system will not have it readily available for you. Contact our office or see most recent emailed statement for your account balance and/or copay amount.
*All invoices, account statements and receipts are sent via email to the email address you indicated on your intake forms. You can update this email address by calling our main office number.*
On-File Card
Payment is due at the time of service. To make the process more convenient, we offer an option to store your card on file with our office. Your card will be charged for the patient responsibility portion of each kept appointment the business day following your appointment.
To request this form, please email info@aspenridgecounselingcenter.com or call our office. You may also request this option from your therapist directly.

In-Person
Our Magna, Tooele, and Sandy locations have staff members at the front during business hours who are able to process your payment in-person. If you are a current patient already established with a therapist, your therapist can also accept your payment at your appointment time.
*Please note if paying in cash, we do not keep change on hand so come prepared to pay the exact amount due*
