Message from the Therapist:
"Hi, I’m Liz — and if you’ve found your way here, chances are something in life feels heavy, uncertain, or in need of change. Maybe you’re going through a faith transition, navigating the challenges of midlife, or trying to make sense of past experiences that still impact your present. Or maybe you’re a parent concerned about your child or teen, a couple feeling disconnected, or a family longing for more understanding and peace at home.

I work with individuals, couples, families, and adolescents who are looking for clarity, connection, and healing. Whether you’re untangling identity questions, managing anxiety, processing trauma, or simply trying to show up more fully in your life and relationships, you’re welcome here.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in curiosity and compassion. I’m trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and informed by Internal Family Systems (IFS), and I draw on attachment-based and trauma-informed practices. Together, we’ll explore your inner world, the patterns shaping your relationships, and the parts of you that are ready to grow, heal, or be heard for the first time.

You don’t have to have it all figured out to begin. Therapy is a place where you can show up exactly as you are — no pressure, no judgment. I’ll meet you there with care and respect. If you’re ready to begin this journey, I’d be honored to walk with you."
