I use a mindfulness-based approach to work with clients on issues such as depression, anxiety, trauma, and anger. I specialize in working with teens, adults, and the LGBTQ+ population. I integrate Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Expressive Therapies, and EMDR approaches into treatment. I use these and other strategies to help turn things around.
