Message from the Therapist:

"When you spend so much mental energy trying to avoid judgment or failure, it leaves very little room to actually enjoy your life or connect with others. This pressure can drive a wedge between you and reality, leading to a reliance on coping mechanisms that help in the moment but fuel feelings of loneliness or lack of purpose over time. We can work together to understand those patterns and find practical ways to handle the stress without needing to check out.

Attempts to manage anxiety or depression often fail when the underlying trauma or core beliefs driving those feelings go unaddressed, leading to a reliance on performance or substances to cope. My practice focuses on evidence-based trauma treatment and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help you safely process what you have been through while learning new ways to relate to your emotions in the present. This creates a path where you are no longer defined by your past or your anxiety, but are free to engage fully with your future.

You have already done the hard work of acknowledging that things need to change; the next step is simply finding the right support to make it happen. You deserve a space where you can be honest and get the tools you need. My invitation to you is to take the next hard step and reach out to me and find out if my approach is right for you."
