Message from the Therapist:

"I work with adults and adolescents navigating anxiety, depression, substance use, and relationship challenges. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in respect. I believe therapy should be a space where you feel safe, supported, and free from judgment — a place to explore your experiences honestly and begin the process of healing. I believe that emotional pain is part of the human experience — no one gets through life without difficulty. Whether you're facing anxiety, depression, challenges in your relationships, or simply feeling stuck, you’re not alone!

I use a variety of evidence-based approaches tailored to your unique needs, including person-centered therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), emotion-focused therapy (EFT), and motivational interviewing. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of where to begin, we’ll work together to clarify your goals and move at a pace that feels right for you.

Pain and struggle are part of life , none of us are immune to them. Whether you're facing anxiety, depression, challenges in your relationships, or simply feeling stuck, you’re not alone. My hope is to support you in finding healing, clarity, and self-acceptance in a way that feels true to who you are. I believe therapy is not about fixing you, you’re not broken, but about helping you reconnect with your strengths, process your experiences, and move forward with greater ease and purpose."
