My ideal client is someone that is willing to work towards improving themselves and their situation. Therapy is a partnership between the therapist and the patient and will only benefit the client if they are willing to put in the work.
I love all types of mental health, I enjoy the challenge and reward of working with trauma, anxiety, depression, and many other types of mental health.
I approach therapy as an individual case, no two cases are alike just as no two people are alike. I believe that therapy is what the client needs and I try to take that approach while working with the client on tasks/assignments that can help them to be the best version of themselves.
