I love working with a wide variety of ages regarding anxiety and depression symptoms, goal setting, time management, as well as family and interpersonal relationships. The type of people that recognize some behaviors in their life that they would like to change or address and are willing to identify why those behaviors exist and process through the emotions tied to those experiences.
